Regional Land Development Manager
The Regional Land Development Manager is responsible for monitoring regional land development and managing the land development process including feasibility, entitlements, design, and construction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in urban planning, civil engineering, real estate development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in land development management, including a track record of successfully delivering projects from inception to completion.

Deep understanding of land use regulations, entitlement processes, and construction methodologies, with the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.

Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies, such as CAD software, project management platforms, and geographic information systems (GIS).
